Billy, a 1990 graduate of RHS, has been covering high school football since 1998 first as a stringer then as Sports Editor of the Borger News Herald. He returned home and took over the coverage of the Bobcats in 2010. In 2011 he founded The Loop, a text only live play by play for Refugio fans who could not make it to the games. Billy and Ryan are finally seeing their dream come to be by broadcasting Refugio Bobcat football to the world.

Ryan graduated from Refugio High School in 1994, received Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Sul Ross State University in 2003, and is currently teaching at Refugio Elementary.  He is also the President of Refugio Little League.  Ryan was awarded the Refugio County Citizen of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce and the GameChanger Award, given by Refugio ISD.
